Whenever “Guildmaster” is referenced, you may speak to either the Guildmaster or the 2nd in Command.
Contributions
You must donate a total of 500 stone and/or wood per week (e.g. 500 stone, or 500 wood, or 250 stone & 250 wood). Or you can chose to donate 3 rubies instead of the wood/stone.
You are not required to donate gold or shards, and they will not count towards your mandatory contribution. However, keep in mind we do need these things to advance perks.
If you find it difficult to meet your normal requirement, you may complete the donation with rubies, gold, and/or shards. Just don't do it often. Please, speak to the Contributions Officer, Second in Command, or Guildmaster. It is up to their discretion whether to give you a pass, so talk to them before the deadline for donation (Tuesdays), and ideally before you make the decision to donate this way.
You get a free week when you join the guild. You can get free weeks by being in the top 5 contributors for 3 weeks (without missing any weeks) You will accumulate 'brownie points' each time you're a top 5 contributor. When you receive 3, you get a 'free week ninja emoticon'. Next time you don't contribute, you will use the 'ninja emoticon' and be excused for the week.
Three 'brownie points' look like this; RoE
One 'ninja emoticon' looks similar to this;
Also, if you are a top 10 rifter you get some slack.
Top 10 rifters get a rift ninja or 'cookie'. Top 5 get an extra rift badge! They are valid until the next season ends.
One cookie equals a reduced donation (200 wood/stone OR 1 ruby). If a rogue fails to contribute this amount they lose their cookie(s).
Rogues with two cookies can either not contribute at all for one week OR contribute the reduced amount for two weeks.
When/if a rogue chooses to spend their cookie(s), the donations row will be crossed out. Same goes for the brownies.
Rifting
Listen to your Rift Captain. Period. If you have a problem with your Team Leader, see the Guildmaster.
If you fail to rift during a season that your leader designated you to, and you have not been given a “pass” by your Team Leader, you must rift the very next season (i.e. if you fail to rift Season 15, you must rift Season 16) and every subsequent season you are designated to. If you fail to rift during any of these seasons, you shall be kicked before season end.1
You cannot be forced to rift out of season, but it is appreciated. In addition, if there is a call to rift out of our season, you cannot be forced to, however it is becoming of a rogue to rift in this case.
1 Inactive rule. Rift Captain Needed.
Decorum
Conduct yourself with decorum. Rogues do not go around chat insulting members.
Do not level any allegations of hacking/exploitation/spying/etc without either having or having seen evidence thereof.
Do not actively recruit members of a specific guild, though you may make a general "if you're unhappy with your guild" recruitment pitch if you wish.
When someone leaves RoE: Say bye. They did their best for the guild.
When someone leaves RoE for another guild: See above. Unless you have some sort of empirical evidence of them spying, no accusations. You may speculate in private with others all you want, but no public accusations or accusing them personally (i.e. telling them you think they did it).
No breaking Kong rules (I.e. no spamming or hate speech).
You are allowed two strikes/warnings from this category. However, if it is something egregious (such as flaming the entire chat room, lots of spam after being asked to stop other egregious acts), your case may be brought to the Guildmaster for consideration for immediate kicking.
