Most of these are either writing down or rewording rules of the TA Administration, but there are some additions.
Recruitment policy:
All applicants must post in the thread, including whether they are applying to Vulnerable Mages or RoE.
Anyone can apply to Vulnerable Mages, but RoE is lvl 30+.
No actively recruiting members of other guilds, although general pitches are allowed.
Decorum policy:
Members are to conduct themselves with decorum. Rogues do not go around chat insulting members. They are not to level any allegations of hacking/exploitation/spying/etc without either having or having seen evidence thereof. Report violations to Guild Master or Second in Command.
Two decorum strikes allowed. Highly intolerable violations may be brought to the Guildmaster for consideration of immediate kicking.
Contribution policy:
Contributions Officer: Report strikes at start of each Tuesday (first time you get on that day) to Guildmaster.
It is up to members to report if there are circumstances preventing them from contributing. If it is not due to time off, it is up to the discretion of the Contribution Officer whether or not to give a “pass”, in other words not count a strike.
*Rift policy:
Each Team Leader can pick between 12-25 rifters each season. It is up to leader discretion whether to grant a requested pass.
If anyone that was designated to rift does not/is not rifting to their full ability (before any call-offs saying they do not have to), then it is NOT the job of the Team Leader to find out why (although they may at their own personal discretion).
Three-four days before the end of the season, the Team Leader will send a list of people not rifting to the Guildmaster.
Similarly to contributions, members get one rifting strike. However, they must rift the next season and every subsequent team season (for instance if they are Team Umbra and failed to rift in an even season which they were mandated to, they must rift the next odd season, and then every subsequent even season).
All kicks for rift will be done before the season ends.
Team Leaders may make a call to rift out of season, but cannot enforce a mandate.
*Inactive rule.
