I just can't decide. My CV is in my signature, if you need it.
DPS values found by calculating strikes/second of weapon without boosts (DPS/[(low damage+high damage)/2]). Then, after boosts are applied (inventory value), using the value resulting from the first calculation and multiplying it to get the new DPS ([(low damage+high damage)/2]*strikes/sec).
Tin Claws+Autumn Leafy Pants: What I currently wear. Other values below based on this (250 DPS, 526 Armor (54%), 350 Discipline, 2891 HP). Tin Claws+Sanquine Slacks: +136 DPS, +16 Armor, -33 Disc, -179 HP. Kunai+Autumn Leafy Pants: +49 DPS, +168 HP, -126 Disc Kunai+Sanguine Slacks: +154 DPS, +16 Armor, -159 Disc, -11 HP.

When I rift I used my autumn leafy pants, but when I am shard running or pvping I go for more dps and switch to sanguine slacks... weapon is just a matter of choice, but since im a wiz and need heals the tin claws give way beneficial stat bonuses.

Since you have no full set, i'd go with tin + slacks. Most of your dps comes from melee strikes, and faster you kill less hp and heal you need anyway. Your way of determining dmg is good, however you lack to implement crit dmg, like adding 5% to total dps, but since it's the same 5% for all builds, it's basically the same.
Build is good, haste isn't needed as it would give you like 1 more hit per second, which is about 25% att speed or little bit higher, but not above 50% in my experience. Charge is nice for escape, aegis is super awesome and you can probably get enough power to cast all magic. Having tin claws could mean being more efficient as wizmonk though, with like 5 sec stun chian and some dps to back it up.

F2D2's advice is pretty solid here, I would also go with Tin Claws+Sanguine Slacks if I were you too- am a bit surprised that you don't have FULL Leafy Set though

Why would I wear the full set? The bonuses don't matter, and the other gear gives me better stats.
This is actually my rift build btw; my PvP build would most likely not involve charge, and would have weapon mastery.
